SHIPPING INFORMATION
IN STOCK: If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 9 A.M. EST, it will ship the same day! Any orders placed after 9 A.M. EST will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday).
PRE ORDER: There is an estimated shipping date listed in the item's description. If your order has an IN-STOCK item and a PRE-ORDER item, your entire order will not ship until the PRE-ORDER item is ready. Please place a separate order for the IN-STOCK item if needed sooner.
PRINT ON DEMAND: These shirts ship in approx. 2–3 weeks due to custom production and QC. If your order combines IN-STOCK and PRINT ON DEMAND items, the entire order ships when the POD item is ready. Order IN-STOCK items separately if you need them sooner.
DOMESTIC (USA):
USPS Ground Advantage / USPS Priority Mail: typically 3–5 business days.
UPS 2 Day / UPS Next Day / USPS Priority: typically 1–3 business days (ETA shown at checkout).
USPS ships to all PO Boxes and APO addresses.
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 9 A.M. EST ship same day; after 9 A.M. ship next business day.
INTERNATIONAL:
USPS First Class International: ~7–21 days.
USPS Priority Mail International: ~6–10 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express International: ~3–5 business days.
DHL Express: ~1–3 business days.
Packages are trackable; once in your country, track via your local postal site.
International orders may incur duties/taxes per local laws. We must declare true value and mark as “merchandise”. Fees (if any) are collected on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility. Contact your customs office for details.
CANADA: USPS rates include pre-paid duties/taxes at a flat rate so there are no surprise fees on delivery for USPS methods. UPS/DHL shipments may still be assessed duties/taxes/fees upon delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please provide a safe and secure delivery address.
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order ships (allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update). If you created an account, you can also log in to view status. “Awaiting fulfillment” means your order hasn’t shipped yet.
Please contact us at support@happynurselife.com or via the site CONTACT form as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes if the order has already shipped, so email us immediately.
First, check with neighbors and/or your local post office. If still missing, contact the carrier to report a lost item. We can assist — email support@happynurselife.com — and in some cases we may file a search request with the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return item(s) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received — no pet hair, smells, or signs of wear.
NOTE: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
NOTE: Items from BUY OR DIE, PRINT-ON-DEMAND (CAVITY CRYPT), and ART PRINTS are made to order and are not eligible for refund/exchange unless defective or incorrect.

Claims that are our error are covered at our expense and must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you and process the refund right away. A credit will be applied to your original payment method. Most banks post refunds within 3–5 business days.
