About Happy Nurse Life
Happy Nurse Life is an online gift shop built for nurses, nursing students and the people who love them. We design and sell apparel and keepsakes that celebrate the everyday reality of the profession – the long shifts, the humour, the pride and the specialties that people spend years training for.
What we sell
Our catalogue covers t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and long-sleeve tees, embroidered apparel, tumblers and drinkware, ID badge reels and accessories, ornaments and home & style pieces. Designs are grouped by role and specialty – CNA, LPN/LVN, RN, ICU, ER, NICU, Pediatric, L&D, School Nurse, Med-Surg, Oncology, Mental Health, APRN, NP, CNM, CRNA, Travel and Retired nurses – as well as by occasion, including Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s Day, Nurses Week and graduation.
How your order is made
Everything is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer: when you place an order, your design is printed or embroidered onto a blank garment from a recognised supplier such as Gildan, Bella+Canvas or Rabbit Skins. That is why our production times are 3–5 business days for printed items and 7–10 business days for embroidered and personalized items, and it is also why we can offer personalization – a name, a credential, a unit or a graduation year – on so many products.
Making items to order also means we produce very little waste, and it means every piece you receive was made specifically for you.
What we promise
- Honest timelines. Production and delivery estimates are published on our Shipping Policy page and we do not hide them at checkout.
- A real person answers. Our support team replies Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (UTC -5:00), usually within one business day.
- If we get it wrong, we fix it. If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, tell us within 5 days and we will replace it free of charge or refund you – and you will not have to ship anything back. The full terms are in our Refund and Return Policy.
- Secure checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection. We never store your card details.
